FORT ISLAND PTA MEMBERSHIP
	We encourage all Fort Island parents (Moms & Dads) to JOIN PTA and be part of this great organization that does so much for our children and school.
	Fort Island's PTA is proud to sponsor many parent/teacher/child events throughout the school year.  Just a few of these are:
	Gransparents Day		Donuts for Dad	Muffins for Mom
	Family Fun Night		School Picnic	Conference Dinners
	In addition to these events, out PTA provides educational assemblies, like COSI, to our children.  After many years of PTA fundraising acitvities, we are also now enjoying our new pavilion located behind our school.  This year, we will focus on improvements of our Land Lab area.
	Please return this completed for along with membership fee in an envelope marked "PTA Membership".  The cost is $5.00 for each membership.  Please make checks payable to Fort Island PTA.  Your membership card(s) will be sent home with your child in their backpack.  Thanks for your support!!!
